Hollywood, CA - February 14, 2003 (INB) - Moviehead Pictures has sold domestic and world rights of Julie and Jack to Hollywood based Echelon Entertainment. Julie and Jack is a very unique suspenseful story about love and spirituality; it stars Tippi Hedren ("The Birds", 1963). Julie and Jack is a very unique love story, a Romeo
and Juliet in the
21st Century.
Julie and Jack is filmed on location
in the San Francisco Bay Area such as the Palace of the Legion of Honor,
Palace of Fine Arts, Muir Woods National Monuments, Port Point & the
famous Vertigo's apartment on Lombard Street in San Francisco. "Julie
and Jack is partly inspired by Hitchcock's Vertigo,
The
Birds, Rebecca and so to have Ms. Hedren in my movie is so fantastic! We also have a brilliantly talented actress,
Jenn Gotzon who is very excited to be working with Ms. Hedren, a screen
legend," said Director James Nguyen.
"I am looking forward to play Julie McNeal and that Julie and Jack is such an interesting love story," said Hedren.
Julie and Jack will premiere in Fall 2002 in San Francisco and Sundance 2003.
